I got it a few days ago, I'm not looking back.
#GAMEMAKER STUDIO 2 HUMBLE BUNDLE PRO#
I've been wanting to get GM Pro for the longest time, so just getting the core engine for 1 dollar is worth it. A lot of popular games have been made with GM, including Hotline Miami 2, and that's not a small game. I wanted to submit a few games to the workshop.Īccording to yoyo games, after 14 days of purchase, enter your email address, and you will get a steam code. I purchased the bundle thinking it was Steam DLC. Originally posted by Candra Software:However, keep in mind that the license isn't for Steam. And you can always come back to it whenever you feel like in the future if you so desire. You did all the tutorials & got to learn a good bit about how videogames are made. You also get 5 or 6 games on top of it which helps. I know it's not an opportunity I wan't to kick myself constantly in the future for missing.

Compared to it's usual price of what? $1800+.Īlthough I have only dipped my toes like I said. You may as well grab it now since unlocking the lot is $15. So you will have to look at it like this.if you can see yourself being very interested in learning to make little games.
#GAMEMAKER STUDIO 2 HUMBLE BUNDLE FULL#
The full mega bucks version is if you want to really get into selling your game everywhere. Then you would be able to publish to pc with no problem, for others to play, but not other platforms. The only thing really you cannot do with it, is say you got really good at this and made something you would like to publish. The free version gives you full access to game maker. Plenty of tutorials and also tonnes of others youtube tutorials as well. It's simple.if you want it solely to make games for your own leisure then the free version is perfect and easy to begin with. And I would say the answer is, yes and no. Iv'e dipped my toes in the free version on steam. The only thing related with gaming that i've already tried and in a ultra simple standarts is messing up with RPGMaker.

Question is: is this software easy enought to someone like me, with 0% experience in coding, gaming development etc to learn its way in, to make simple games just for fun and for curiosity? I have made this topic because of Humble Bundle is giving GameMaker Studio: Pro, but I don't know if, to me, is worth buying. Originally posted by (M)IRAJÁ Materiais p/ construção:Hello everyone.
